I literally made this card in about 1 hr including coloring with Twinkling H2O's, watercolor pencils. I stamped a piece of scrap cardstock for the rose, using my newest set of stamps that I bought yesterday at the Scrapbook expo. It is a rush job, please excuse the flaws! 
Oh my Deb, you did such an absolutely beautiful job with this card! Next year we will have to go to the expo together. :-)
